Nickel oxide (NiO x) is a highly desirable hole-collection contact for inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs) owing to its good hole mobility, intrinsic stability, and easy scalability. However, its surface defects and interfacial redox reactions with perovskites often impede the further improvement of PSC power conversion efficiency (PCE).
The solar cell active area was defined by the aperture of metal mask. The stabilized power output (SPO) was obtained by applying the maximum output bias. The EQE was measured by a DSR100UV-B spectrometer with an SR830 lock-in amplifier.
